2. BUSINESS DIVISION:
Business division looks after marketing commercial programs as well as selling commercial spots. This division is responsible for promotion and expansion of business opportunities. It promotes income-generating activities i.e. advertisements, sponsorship, time sale for private sector etc. Under this division there are two sections, Business Promotion Section & Advertisement Section. Business division has categorized time spot as ordinary time, fixed time, prime time, super prime time etc. Current daily advertisement time of NTV is 22 minutes. The main sponsor of NTV produced programs are UNICEF and Ministry of Health.

Business division has started implementing its promotion policy by appointing local agents and promoting through them in areas like time sale, package dealing and sponsorship. Presently NTV is dealing with 92 advertising agencies.

3. PROGRAM DIVISION:
Program division of NTV is considered to be one of the vital sections of the organization. This division is responsible for production and evaluation of informative, entertainment, educational, health, environmental, agricultural and public awareness programs. Program division produces educational, informative, and an entertainment program of which musical program is approx. 15%, documentary based program approx. 10%, news and current affair program- 20 %, telefilm-6%, foreign language based programme-8%, children program-6%, Talk based program-3%, private production houses-20%, commercial -9%, fillers, opening and closing tunes-3%. The major programming sources for NTV are in-house production and program received form production plus some few programs imported. Program division produces both indoors as well as outdoor programs of which 80% are outdoor and 20% are indoor programs.

This division has four sections, program planning and visual archive, Educational & informative programme section, Entertainment program section and miscellaneous program section.

4. FINANCIAL ADMINISTRATION DIVISION:
This division is responsible for Record keeping of income and expense, preparing and managing budget for the corporation. It helps in preparing financial planning for the fiscal year and performs day-to-day economic transaction. This division has three sections general account section, income account section and store section (responsible for imports, stores and supplies goods within organization).

5. ADMINISTRATION DIVISION:
The division is responsible for personnel management and general administration. Administration division looks after the day-to-day management of the organization. The major function of this division includes promotion, transfer, employee administration; record keeping of employee from the day of appointment up to retirement, invitation of bids etc. This division has two sections. Employee Administration section for appointment, transfer, promotion and keep day to day record of employee etc. and General Service section for sanitation, invitation of bids and vehicle management etc.
